    Chris Hylen serves on the board and is president and chief executive officer of Imperva. Previously, he was president and chief executive officer of GetGo, a subsidiary of Citrix Systems, where he was responsible for overseeing business activities related to Citrix’s GoTo family of products. He also served on the board of ADT Corp. Chris holds a B.S. in engineering from Widener University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School of Management.

    Kunal Anand is Imperva’s chief technology officer (CTO). Kunal joined Imperva when Prevoty, a company he co-founded in 2013 and where he served as CTO, was acquired by Imperva in August 2018. Before joining Prevoty, he was the director of technology at BBC Worldwide. Kunal has a deep history of innovation and technical expertise, and has held roles leading security, data, technology, and engineering at Gravity, MySpace, and the NASA Jet Propulsion Lab. He holds a B.S. from Babson College.

    Nicolas Chapman is the senior vice president of Strategy. Previously, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company. He also served in the strategy and operations divisions at a variety of technology companies in the Bay Area, Asia and Europe. Nicolas holds a B.A. in international relations, economics and Chinese studies from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

    Yoav Cohen is senior vice president, Product Development. Prior to that, Yoav served for seven years in a variety of technical leadership roles at Incapsula before its acquisition by Imperva. Before joining Incapsula, he held several technology leadership positions at SAP. Yoav holds a B.S. in computer science and biology and an M.S. in computer science from Tel-Aviv University.

Jim earned his MS and MBA from Northeastern University and BS from The Pennsylvania State University.

David holds a B.S. in marketing from Lancaster University, and an MBA from Georgetown University.

He was Imperva’s first U.S.-based employee and previously served as Imperva’s chief technical officer, chief product strategist, and vice president of security engineering. Terry has worked closely with customers on hundreds of application and data security projects to meet the security requirements and demands of regulators in every industry. Terry holds a B.A. in management information systems from the University of North Texas.
