(NYSE: IMPV), a pioneer and leader of a new category of data security solutions for high-value business data in the data center, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $18 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “IMPV.” Imperva is offering 4,750,000 shares of common stock and selling stockholders are offering 250,000 shares of common stock. In addition, Imperva has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.

J.P. Morgan Securities and Deutsche Bank Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. RBC Capital Markets, Lazard Capital Markets and Pacific Crest Securities are acting as co-managers.
