Manager, Order Management and Operations - West



The Opportunity:

Imperva is a cybersecurity leader that delivers best-in-class solutions to protect data and applications on-premises, in the cloud, and across hybrid environments.

We are looking for a Manager, Order Management and Operations working remotely on the West coast (PST). This person is responsible for managing our Americas Order Management and Operations team, as well as processing complex customer orders, and license generation for order fulfillment. This individual will support the Director of Order Management and Operations with key deliverables during US hours and will be an integral part of improving operations and creating solutions for critical business needs.


  • Develop a working knowledge of Imperva’s order and licensing process
  • Ensure complete and accurate processing of orders on a daily/weekly basis
  • Support our West Coast regional Sales team, including our external channel partners
  • Provide guidance on complex customer orders and license issues to the team
  • Interact with Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue, AR, Operations and Legal teams to work through order management issues
  • Research customer license install-base and generate necessary licenses for customer resolution 
  • Assist in continuous updates to our OM pre-SOX documentation
  • Analyze business needs and work with stakeholders to drive system and process change
  • Take a leading role in collaborating with OM team members to enable the sales team on order requirements
  • Be able to take on team related projects, as well as participate in cross-functional projects, including UATs



  • Minimum 8 Years of order management experience
  • Practical knowledge of order management, business operations, and finance related to AR and Revenue
  • Experience leading or managing 2 or more order management team members
  • Experience building and maintaining Order Management processes with continuous quality improvement
  • Ability to make decisions during peak periods while maintaining accuracy working at a high pace
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – a Must
  • Strong customer service and team orientation skills
  • Attention to detail without losing productivity
  • Ability to problem solve complex order scenarios
  • Demonstrated flexibility to changing priorities
  • Ability to work extended hours during month-end, quarter-end and year-end close
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is required
  • Experience with NetSuite is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets
