Bangalore Team
In Bangalore we have engineering teams for Data Security, Network Security, DNS and API security, we are expanding the Data Security team. We work in a hybrid work model and are looking for engineers to work from bangalore.
JOB SUMMARY
The DevsOps Team Lead is responsible for leading the Infra Team. As such you will lead development of the platform configuration and control layers of Imperva’s end-products - primarily relating to the Linux Operating System and virtualization infrastructure such as VMWare, AWS, Azure and more. Most of the development is done in Python and bash, incorporating new technologies from the DevOps world.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- BE, M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
- 10+ years experience as DevOps engineer (or similar)
- 3+ years experience in leading a team/project.
- Deep knowledge of Linux system
- Deep knowledge of Python and Bash scripts
- Familiarity with development processes
- Expert in Architect/Design features
- Great interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge on GIT, Jenkins
- Experience with Clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP) is added Advantage
- Experience with Kubernetes and Micro-service is added Advantage
