Talent Acquisition Partner

The opportunity:

Imperva’s global HR team is searching for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to own and take pride in the recruitment and onboarding of our growing APJ Imperva team. As candidates’ first point of contact with Imperva, you’ll be naturally customer centric and understand that the recruitment process is a two way conversation. Your experience delivering recruitment in the fast-paced tech space, process improvement mindset and passion to deliver a second-to-none recruitment and onboarding experience will ensure your success in this role. This is a great developmental role if you are seeking a career in HR and/or recruiting within a global organization.

Please note this is a 12 month contract with review for extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the candidate pipeline by sourcing candidates via LinkedIn outreach and other relevant platforms, and manage the pipeline including referrals, direct applications, and more
  • Conduct phone screenings with candidates
  • Schedule candidate interviews
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and be the central point of information on the state of our hiring in the APJ region
  • Collect references and qualifications to ensure work suitability
  • Utilize the Jobvite applicant tracking system to create offer letters
  • Support the visa application process for candidates where required
  • Create and deliver Employment Contracts within the APJ region
  • Track, manage and ensure resolution of open issues related to recruiting processes
  • Manage Workday employee data for the region
  • Deliver a world class onboarding and offboarding experience
  • Respond to both internal and external inquiries about employment and recruiting process
  • Check for accuracy with internal and external job postings
  • Execute on ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an in-house recruiting role from a hi tech company
  • Ability to demonstrate past success with managing tactical, detailed work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work habits, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have excellent communication and proven customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment while providing strong internal and external customer service
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
