Job Details

The product support team is looking for a motivated and detail oriented Support Operations Specialist.
Among your responsibilities you will be working closely with Salesforce and Confluence, while addressing tasks and requests that arise from the team members and managers.


Responsibilities

  • Creating and Maintaining macros and queue views in Salesforce.
  • Building and running reports and dashboards.
  • Assisting other teams with their reports and dashboards.
  • Providing support to customers on specific billing-related topics.
  • Coordinating any needs of the team members who use the different system within your responsibility

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in one or more of the following: Salesforce, Confluence, Jira.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present dashboards when needed.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and out of the box thinking.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Motivation to learn and improve both yourself and the processes under your responsibility.
