The Opportunity:

Imperva is looking for a Renewals Representative to join our Customer Success team. The World is transforming into the “subscription economy” and Imperva is on the forefront of that revolution. Achieving strong renewal rates and generating recurring revenue are essential in today’s fast paced software world where customers can walk away as easily as they can renew their subscription.

Imperva’s customer base ranges from large Fortune 500 companies to SMB’s. The product line itself offers cutting edge cloud base Application Security solutions as well as legacy “on-premise” solutions. Imperva has customers around the world. The product is sold through a vast network of partners and distributors.

Responsibilities

  • Drive subscription revenue throughout the territory
  • Create accurate forecasts and participate in pipeline reviews
  • Manage the transaction process from quote through PO
  • Interface with customers, partners and distributors
  • Work seamlessly with Account Executives to ensure renewal and expansion sales are maximized
  • Actively participate in company-wide efforts to improve customer satisfaction as measured by NPS
  • Develop and maintain close long-term customer relationships
  • Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Product Management based on customer requirements

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic, Positive Demeanor and Professional Customer Service skills
  • Strong desire to learn sales processes including quoting, forecasting and closing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with the buying cycle of software products
  • Knowledge of Application Security is a huge plus
  • Strong commitment to reaching your goals consistently
  • Must Play to Win
  • College degree
  • Patient and calm under pressure but also acts with a sense of urgency
  • Organized, knows how to prioritize, and attentive to detail
  • Team player and collaborative
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
