Sr. Salesforce Administrator

The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will be a key member of the Imperva Salesforce team, whose mission is to increase Imperva’s competitive advantage through the use of information technology.

The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will be a critical functional technology partner supporting Imperva’s Sales, Marketing, Service and Finance departments. This position will play a key role in assessing, deploying, supporting and improving business systems that deliver best in class technology experiences for both internal stakeholders and Imperva’s customers. 

This is a full-time GMT time zone based position in the remote working environment and will report to the Salesforce Team Manager.

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Administer standard Sales and Service cloud and custom SFDC objects    
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including fixing data records, user account maintenance reports and dashboards
  • Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment.
  • Help create reporting and dashboards to help stakeholder as well as clean and maintain the SFDC database   
  • Transfer record ownership due to changes in job responsibility or territory coverage.
  • Maintain security including sharing rules and access privileges.
  • Create and maintain user permissions, roles, profiles and hierarchy
  • Insert and Update products, Price Lists and Price List Items.


  • 8+ years dedicated SFDC admin experience
  • Functional working knowledge of Salesforce. With the ability to do some functional changes and reporting with the application.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of SFDC configuration
  • 5 year’ experience implementing Salesforce projects
  • Exceptional communication skills – written, presentation skills, etc.
  • Demonstrate abilities with APEX triggers and classes, Visualforce, javascript, flow designer, Lightning components
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills to help translate business concepts to technical projects, and vice versa
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or relevant framework
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

Understanding of Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing module is preferred
