Overview

The Infrastructure Chief of Staff will be responsible for supporting the Infrastructure and Cloud Operations (ICO) team and leadership. This role serves as a key liaison between internal and external teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize and manage multiple key activities and represent ICO leadership for internal and external functions. Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills are a must. Success hinges on building rapport and credibility across the organization and our partners. This position will get great exposure to a world-class Infrastructure leadership team.

Primary Responsibilities

Cross Functional Coordination- ICO is a rapidly growing multinational organization. We seek to scale the organization to full 24/7 follow-the-sun support with leadership in half a dozen timezones. Asynchronous communication will be key to our success, and tight coordination between our teams will be a necessity. Just as important will be partnering with the ICO leadership team as well as other leaders to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Leadership Team- Support the SVP, Infrastructure and other leaders in the ICO organization on both day to day administrative tasks, such as meeting planning as well as more strategic long term initiatives.

Metrics- Collect and collaborate on important technology and business metrics and be able to present on how they intersect. Develop, collect, and manage the content for all-hands, board, and leadership meetings. Drive the agenda for cross-functional meetings.

Leadership Team- Support the SVP, Infrastructure and other leaders in the ICO organization on both day to day administrative tasks, such as meeting planning as well as more strategic long term initiatives.

CommunicationsIn partnership with Corporate Communications, ensures consistent impactful communication to employees, customers, partners, and other key stakeholders. This includes managing organizational announcements and confidential projects.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience
  • Strong strategic and financial analysis skills
  • Broad and functional knowledge of products and operations of a global security or cybersecurity company knowledge of business drivers and strategies
  • Experience supporting technology functions and teams
  • Varied business background with international operations and strategy experience; experience working in a global company that operates in multiple countries
  • Ability to transform general strategic direction into tactical action plans, with validation from stakeholders, empowering through alignment
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to communicate advanced analytical concepts and complex quantitative analysis in a concise, clear and actionable manner.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple deliverables, even in the face of some ambiguity
  • Sound planning and resource management skills
  • Strong interpersonal/negotiation skills, to include conflict resolution; demonstrated skills in systematic problem solving
  • Must be able to manage conversations with C-Suite with ease and confidence
  • Self-starter who requires minimum supervision
  • Ability to work across various time zones, and travel extensively as organization evolves with COVID guidelines
  • The ideal candidate would be located in the US, in the Eastern timezone (UTC -5). We are open to candidates in other domestic US areas as well.
