Senior Business Development Manager | Innovation Office

We are an analyst-recognized, cybersecurity leader, delivering best-in-class solutions to protect data and applications – wherever they reside – on-premises, in the cloud, and across hybrid environments.
We are building a new team to explore and incubate end-to-end initiatives in a rapid-pace startup environment. The team, which is led by our Chief Innovation Officer, will be focused on driving Imperva’s strategy through build-buy-partner activities.
Incubations will include a diverse stack of technologies and markets around Application and Data Security, with a high focus on growth acceleration, brand and product innovation.
As a Business Development Manager of the Innovation Office, you will initiate and drive partnerships and integrations with other cybersecurity vendors, towards executing our Application Security and Data Security incubations.
In this role, you will be exposed to a variety of markets, products and technologies and will have the opportunity to define and execute new initiatives with direct business impact in the short and long term.
- Refine our strategy and build a plan to execute it through partnerships
- Map possible integrations with leading cybersecurity vendors
- Build comprehensive use cases for synergies with other companies
- Drive initiatives with the leading cloud service providers
- Maintain a close relationship with the cybersecurity ecosystem, trends and challenges
- Bridge the gap between technology and outbound activities
- Own go-to-market, marketing and sales processes of new partnerships
- 6+ years of experience as a business development manager / outbound product manager / CISO
- Very good understanding of the cybersecurity market - challenges, solutions, vendors
- Great analytical skills - markets, technologies, opportunities
- Representative, fluent written and spoken English, amazing presentation, communication and networking skills.
- History of working at a startup or in a similar environment
- Online records of cybersecurity-related work you have done (blogs, conferences, whitepapers, etc.)
- Good relationships with cybersecurity startups
- Being very good in what you do and at the same time be a fun person to work with
