Partner Enablement Strategy Manager, Global

Imperva is looking for a stellar Partner Enablement Strategy Manager, Global, to join our Global Partner Programs & Enablement team. The Partner Enablement Strategy Manager, Global for Imperva will be responsible for fine-tuning and improving Imperva’s Partner Enablement Strategy: together with managing the framework for trainings and certifications to enable partners to Create Demand, Drive Sales and/or Deliver Services across all partner types. This individual will play a critical role in expanding Imperva mindshare and scaling the business through enabled channel partners.

The role requires someone with good communication skills to work with international internal and external audiences; who has a strong understanding of (cloud-based) technologies and solutions in the security industry. Owns strategy and execution of partner enablement including the effectiveness of training and certification efforts.

This role will report to the Senior Director of Global Partner Programs & Enablement and will be a key member of the channel leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing and amplifying the partner enablement strategy across all partner types in line with Imperva’s channel strategy and GTM motions
  • Managing the framework for trainings and certifications for Partner Sales, Pre-Sales, PS and Support roles; across all solutions and products
  • Building a framework to keep trainings and certifications up-to-date
  • Creating and managing a badge program
  • Tracks and manages partner program compliances related to certification
  • Regularly track, measure and report on training effectiveness and results.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience in a technical role in security, working closely with partners and/or customers
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partner enablement programs
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling enablement activities
  • Skilled at building highly effective working relationships with sales & channel leadership, product management and (product-) marketing
  • Proactive, energetic, self-starter looking to have a significant impact on business success.
  • Exceptional communication skills & strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA a plus.
