COVID-19 affects everyone: we’re here to help.

COVID-19 affects everyone: we’re here to help.

A message from our Chief Executive Officer, Pam Murphy:

All of us at Imperva wish you good health and safety as the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to unfold.

As we respond to the ongoing crisis, we have established the following core principles to keep us focused on what’s important:

  • Ensure our employees stay safe.
  • Maintain our commitment to customers and provide uninterrupted service and quality care.
  • Protect our communities and commit to taking action to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Our Business Continuity Plan

Imperva activated a crisis management team to lead us through the COVID-19 outbreak and avert any disruption to our business or the services we provide to customers, while keeping our community safe.

While we do not expect the outbreak to disrupt our operations, we are proactively reaching out to keep customers informed, and assure them that we are prepared to respond should the situation worsen. Please don’t hesitate to contact our support team if you have any questions. Contact information for our global support teams can be found here.

We’re Here to Help

The COVID-19 crisis is affecting every one of our customers. We’ve seen an increase in the number of bad actors and threats that are taking advantage of people and businesses being in a distracted or vulnerable state and are monitoring closely the changing threat landscape.

For current customers, we are offering free advanced learning to make sure they are getting the most out of Imperva products and services during these unprecedented times.

Everyone can take advantage of Imperva Community, a discussion portal where you can network with your peers, ask questions, and connect with cybersecurity experts from around the world.

How We’ll Continue to Serve You

In accordance with guidance from the CDC, WHO, and other health authorities, we are offering all our employees the option to work from home, and requiring that our employees work from home where a shelter-in-place mandate is in effect. We have asked our employees to communicate with customers via email, telephone and video conference where feasible, and to limit travel and onsite visits to what is essential.

We appreciate all of our customers. We’re honored that they’ve partnered with us to keep their business secure. In this challenging time, we take our responsibility to protect customers from cybercriminals more seriously than ever.

Be well and stay safe.

Regards,

Pam Murphy
