Raytheon|Websense Selects Imperva Skyfence to Simplify Cloud App Visibility

About a year ago, Imperva Skyfence announced the first truly free Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) offering that could easily be downloaded from www.skyfence.com. Our thinking then, as it is now, is that the industry and IT security teams need simpler methodologies for gaining accurate visibility over employee use of cloud apps.  Cloud Discovery Free – now used by thousands of organizations – allows IT to easily import log files from secure web gateways and firewalls to obtain a comprehensive report of SaaS app usage, volume, and risks.

Today, we are excited to announce that we’ve expanded on that same philosophy by partnering with Raytheon|Websense to make the cloud app discovery process even easier for current Websense customers.  With today’s announcement, Raytheon|Websense will embed the Imperva Skyfence Cloud App Catalog into the Websense TRITON platform to allow current and future customers to better visualize cloud app adoption, usage volume, and risk exposure as a result of Shadow IT.
