Shlomo Kramer
Co-Founder, President and CEOIn 2006, Shlomo Kramer was selected by Network World magazine as one of 20 luminaries who changed the network industry.
Prior to founding Imperva, Mr. Kramer co-founded Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. in 1993. At Check Point, he served in various executive roles through 1998 and as a member of the board of directors through 2003. While at Check Point, Mr. Kramer played a key role in defining and creating several category-defining products and solutions, including FireWall-1, VPN-1, FloodGate-1, Check Point's OPSEC alliance, and Check Point's security appliance program.
Mr. Kramer has participated as an early investor and board member in a number of security and enterprise software companies including Palo Alto Networks, Serendipity Technologies, and Trusteer. Mr. Kramer received a Masters degree in Computer Science from Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Amichai Shulman
Co-Founder, CTOMr. Shulman is Co-Founder and CTO of Imperva, where he heads the Application Defense Center (ADC), Imperva's internationally recognized research organization focused on security and compliance. Mr. Shulman regularly lectures at trade conferences and delivers monthly eSeminars. The press draws on Mr. Shulman's expertise to comment on breaking news, including security breaches, mitigation techniques, and related technologies. Under his direction, the ADC has been credited with the discovery of serious vulnerabilities in commercial Web application and database products, including Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft. Prior to Imperva, Mr. Shulman was founder and CTO of Edvice Security Services Ltd., a consulting group that provided application and database security services to major financial institutions, including Web and database penetration testing and security strategy, design and implementation. Mr. Shulman served in the Israel Defense Forces, where he led a team that identified new computer attack and defense techniques. He has B.Sc and Masters Degrees in Computer Science from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Aviv Boim
CFO and General Manager IsraelPrior to joining Imperva, Mr. Boim served as CFO of Orckit Communications Ltd., a provider of carrier network equipment. With Orckit, he led several public offerings on the NASDAQ and TASE exchanges, managed global business development efforts, and directed a number of strategic acquisitions and divestitures. Most recently, Mr. Boim led Tikcro Technologies Ltd., a technology investment company, in the selection and negotiation of venture capital funding. Previously, Mr. Boim was an investment banker with BT Alex Brown’s technology group in London, where he managed initial public offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Master of Arts in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University, as well as a Law degree from the Law School of the Tel Aviv University.

Jim Drill
Vice President of Worldwide SalesMr. Drill brings 17 years of industry experience in sales, management, and business development to Imperva. He joins Imperva from IMlogic, a developer of Instant Messaging security software that was acquired by Symantec in February of 2006. As Vice President of Sales and Business Development, he grew the company from zero to over 750 customers in just three years. Prior to IMlogic, Mr. Drill was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at MedSource Technologies, a developer of core technologies for medical device manufacturers, where he helped the company achieve a $100M IPO in 2002.
Mr. Drill has also held senior sales and management positions with Parametric Technology Corporation while revenues grew from $25M to $1.1B in 1999. Drill began his career at IBM. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Rohit Gupta
Vice President of Business DevelopmentMr. Gupta joins Imperva as Vice President of Business Development. With over 11 years experience in global business development, Mr. Gupta is a tour de force in creating strategic partnerships, and building channel alliances for start-up organizations and enterprises.
Prior to Imperva, Mr. Gupta was Vice President of Business Development at Palamida where he was instrumental in establishing partnerships with leading ISVs and systems integrators in addition to developing the product integration strategy. Before Palamida, Mr. Gupta was Vice President of Alliances at Borland Software were he established and managed worldwide partnerships with ISVs and offshore systems integrators. Prior to Borland, he was Vice President of Worldwide Channels at Segue Software where he developed and executed a comprehensive partner strategy for the company that included closing the company's initial OEM deals, expanding channel sales into a number of key markets, and establishing revenue-generating alliances with leading ISVs and SIs. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gupta held technical product development and sales positions at Oracle Corporation, where he was responsible for delivering Oracle's products on IBM's AIX platform. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded TeamScape Corporation, which was acquired by PeopleSoft in 2002. Mr. Gupta holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.

Udi Itzhayek
Vice President of Human ResourcesMr. Itzhayek has 15 years of experience in different domains of organizational psychology. He joined Imperva after working with the company as an HR consultant for almost 4 years. Prior to joining Imperva, Mr. Itzhayek was the founder and CEO of See++ HR consulting and outsourcing company, where he served as HR consultant and Coac for high-tech companies. Prior to See++, he served as a Recruitment and Organizational Development Manager at Schema.
Mr. Itzhayek started his career at Bar Ilan University, where he was Organizational Consulting Manager at the Institute for Advancement of Integration, and Training Manager for Public Activists Program. Mr. Itzhayek has an M.A. degree in Organizational Psychology and a B.A. degree in Psychology, both with summa cum laude, from Bar Ilan University.

Sunil Nagdev
Vice President of Worldwide ServicesMr. Nagdev provides Imperva with 17+ years experience building, developing, and managing world-class training, support, and services organizations. He joins Imperva from Tablus, Inc (acquired by EMC), the market-leader in Content Loss Prevention, where he oversaw all professional services and technical support activities in his role as Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services and Technical Support. Prior to Tablus, Mr. Nagdev held multiple executive leadership positions for Verity Inc. which was acquired by Autonomy Group, the market-leader in unstructured data management, in 2005. As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services and Technical Support at Autonomy, he delivered $30 M in consulting services while leading technical support efforts for 3,000+ customers and generating over $48 M in maintenance revenue.
Mr. Nagdev previously served as Director of Worldwide Professional Services at Versant Object Technology where he built a global 24x7 technical support organization and also held software development positions at Consilium, and ASK Computer Systems. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Chico State University.

Gur Shatz
Vice President, ProductsMr. Shatz brings more than 15 years of product engineering experience to his role as head of product development, management, and architecture at Imperva. An employee of the company since its inception, he held several positions including Director of Product Development, Manager and Architect of the SecureSphere Gateway Group and most recently Vice President of Engineering
Prior to joining Imperva, Mr. Shatz held software development and management positions with AOL, Mirabilis, and Comverse. He has served as a captain in the Intelligence unit of the Israeli Air Force. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv College.

Aviv Shoham
Vice President of FinanceMr. Shoham has 12 years of managerial experience in finance, operations, program management, business development, and marketing in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining Imperva, Mr. Shoham was Director, Financial Planning and Analysis at Check Point Software Technologies where he established and managed a worldwide team of analysts that designed and implemented Check Point's annual strategic planning, budget, and P&L control. In addition, he established a scalable infrastructure for Checkpoint's international sales & marketing organization, including twelve subsidiaries for which he managed finance and HR. Mr. Shoham worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he consulted on business plans to start ups and developed a professional training program for CPA working with high-tech start-up companies. Prior to PWC, he worked at Lannet Data Communication Ltd (acquired by Lucent) where he managed the budget of the R&D department. Mr. Shoham has a B.A. degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA with distinction from Heriot-Watt University.

Aharon Strosberg
Vice President of OperationsMr. Strosberg is responsible for meeting the accelerating global demand for Imperva application data security and compliance products. With over 20 years of high technology operations management experience, Mr Strosberg has extensive background managing manufacturing, quality assurance and supply chains. He joins Imperva from Axerra Networks, a leading provider of circuit and service emulations services over packet networks, where he was vice-president of operations.
Prior to Axerra Networks he acted as technical director for RAD Data Communications where he moved RAD's production testing to a fully-automated process. He also led hardware development at Elisra Electronic Systems. Mr. Strosberg holds a BSC in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
