As a Senior Product Support Engineer for North America, this person is responsible for:

• Troubleshooting customer issues and working with other departments (e.g. Engineering, QA) to resolve them.
• Interfacing with customers to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Understanding and documenting the customer's requirements, managing expectations, and providing excellent customer service.
• Providing technical presentations to customers.
• Working with sales engineers to help conclude successful pilots.
• Assessing the customer's technical environment, and planning installations and configurations.

• 5-7 years of experience in software development/QA or support of Network\Security products.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls.
• Deep knowledge of operating systems such as Linux/Windows
• Experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of Web servers such as IIS, Apache and Tomcat.
• Deep Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, ASP, JSP and XML.
• Deep knowledge of Databases preferably MS-SQL, Oracle, Sybase, DB2 (preferred).
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.
• Assertive and efficient at completing tasks.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced/startup environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with engineering, R&D, sales and marketing departments.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Project Manager responsible for coordinating activities of different departments in the company (R&D, marketing, sales, operations, support)

• Relevant background from the Army (8200/”Talpiot” etc') or BSc degree in CS or EE
• Experience in Networking / Security
• Experience as SW project manager – an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with several interfaces in parallel and matrixionic management skills
• High level of interpersonal skills

To be part of the HW QA team.

• At least 1 year as a PC hardware technician
• At least 2 years as a server hardware field technician
• At least 2 years as a system administrator
• Basic knowledge in Linux administration
• Basic knowledge in networking

Develop Sales Funnel/Lead Development Pipeline through marketing and non-marketing campaigns. Work with all RSDs to penetrate new accounts, identify potential customers.

• English mother tongue level, additional languages an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Prefer 1+ year experience in telephone lead development
• Prefer 1+ year experience in IT or firewalls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Energetic personality, high integrity, profession demeanor, desire to work in a fast-paced security startup, teamwork and strong interpersonal skill

• Computer science / MAMRAM / Army Intelligence graduate
• Over 3 years of experience in Java
• Experience in large scale enterprise projects a must
• Experience in server side infrastructure development a must
• Experience in large scale designs a must
• Experience in working with Databases/SQL/Linux an advantage

To be part of the Server Team.

• 7+ years experience
• Experience in designing and developing high end enterprise systems in Java
• Experience in working with various open-source frameworks (e.g. Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
• Experience in tuning Java applications to work efficiently with RDBMs (especially Oracle)
• Close familiarity with the software development life cycle, from inception to release to customer

• Computer science graduate (preferably TAU, Hebrew U, BGU or Technion)
• 5+ years experience in Java
• Experience in SQL
• Experience in Hibernate / Spring - advantage

• At least 2 years experience in QA - A must
• Experience in Networking, Security – An advantage
• Knowledge in HTTP, HTTPS, Databases (Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, DB2) - An advantage
• Experience in writing STD
• B.Sc degree in CS / studying in the Open University – An advantage

• 2 years of R&D experience or 3 years of network/DB related support or B.Sc.
