Graphic / Interactive Designer
Locations:

Seeking a Graphic/Interactive Designer who can develop and maintain our corporate brand; provide creative design, collateral, and templates. Responsibilities include helping translate ideas into a visual look and feel that communicates the Imperva brand.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement corporate graphic identity and other visual representation for Imperva.
  • Help develop corporate style and branding guidelines
  • Create internal/external communications via company collateral, presentations, exhibits materials, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Aid in web page design and layout; Monitor the creative online content, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes for new and recurring web projects
  • Design and produce e-communications such as banner advertising and e-mail campaigns
  • Design and produce exhibit materials, signage, CD, video and all collaterals
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Commercial Art, Visual Communications, or Computer Graphics
  • The ideal candidate will possess well-developed page layout and creative design skills for print and web including static and rich media banner ads, datasheets, brochures, marketing flyers, direct mail, HTML e-mails, print advertisements, logos and trade show exhibits.
  • Proficiency with the latest software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, QuarkXpress, Dreamweaver, HTML, Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design principles, a wide variety of media, and production methods
  • Understanding of brand strategies and target audiences
  • Demonstrated excellence in graphic design, typography, color sense and paper selection and a high degree of innovation through the professional portfolio
  • Excellent analytic thinking and creative problem solving skills for visual information design
  • Candidate will be a supportive team member as well as work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills required.

Inside Sales Representative
Locations: (Requisition is for 1 position in each city)
  • Foster City, CA

Inside Sales position to develop Sales Funnel/Lead Development Pipeline through marketing and non-marketing campaigns. Engage prospects through energetic verbal communication skills to qualify for webex presentation. Measure and report on metrics related to lead development, performance and success of opportunities.

A significant objective is to achieve handoff of high quality opportunities to Regional Sales Directors.

Lead Development:
  • Provide high – quality, revenue generating leads to the field
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly specified new qualified projects for each territory
  • Qualify potential customers and enter all contact data into contact database
Production Expectations:
  • Phone productivity 75 calls per day
  • Email introductions and prospecting 30 per day
Regional Sales Director Support:
  • Work with all RSDs to penetrate new accounts, identify potential customers, qualify and schedule Webex presentations
  • Weekly review of leads developed, new leads added and any field sales intelligence
  • Responsible for responding within 24 hours to any request or intelligence from the Regional Sales Directors.
Minimum Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Prefer 1+ year experience in telephone lead development

PR Programs Manager / Sr. Manager

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing, the PR Programs Manager (Senior Manager for the right candidate) will be responsible for driving and managing Imperva PR initiatives including coordination of international PR efforts. Imperva currently has PR teams working in the US, UK, France, Germany and Israel. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in successfully planning, executing and tracking media relations initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to lead a successful, strategic and growing media relations effort at a high growth market leader.

Duties Include:
  • Manage execution of WW PR plans and programs
  • Coordinate efforts between International PR teams
  • Develop and manage Imperva’s speaking and industry awards programs
  • Manage Imperva’s public customer reference program including coordinating PR activity and writing external customer case studies.
  • Work cooperatively with the corporate marketing team to contribute to company communications both internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in media relation and/or corporate communications for a technology company including experience as an in-house employee
  • Strong capability both for independent effort and team-based collaboration.
  • Experience in media relations for company selling to enterprise customers
  • Domain background in security, enterprise applications or database technology

Senior Product Support Engineer
Location:

As a Senior Product Support Engineer for North America, this person is responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting customer issues and working with other departments (e.g. Engineering, QA) to resolve them.
  • Interfacing with customers to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Understanding and documenting the customer's requirements, managing expectations, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Providing technical presentations to customers.
  • Working with sales engineers to help conclude successful pilots.
  • Assessing the customer's technical environment, and planning installations and configurations.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in software development/QA or support of Network\Security products.
  • Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls.
  • Deep knowledge of operating systems such as Linux/Windows
  • Experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of Web servers such as IIS, Apache and Tomcat.
  • Deep Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, ASP, JSP and XML.

Linux System Developer
